Hi, today I want to show you how to put a lot healthy stuff in a meal you like. Be creative! Experience with ingredients and flavors. Basics: 1/2 cup oats, 1 lb ground turkey, 1 onion, 2 eggs, 2 cups of veggies - any kind you like - , seeds, spices, herbs - what ever  you can think off!
