In my next blog, next week, I will introduce you to special herbs that help with detoxifying.
Usually in spring time everyone thinks about detoxifying. But I think summer is a perfect time. There are a lot of fresh salads, herbs, greens, veggies and fruit around. The heat will make you love digging into big salads. And that’s one basic of detoxifying: Eating clean salads, accompanied by herbs that help your body get rid of toxins. There is no need to be hungry! Just stick to the right foods and herbs for a while.

Lactobacillus – the most common probiotic bacteria – is found in dairy products and fermented foods – such as sauerkraut, fermented pickles, and sour dough as well as in hot sauce.
