This recipe has two beneficial for your health: Whole wheat and Stevia as a substitute of (part of the) sugar.
Spray baking dish with cooking spray, pour in batter, bake at 355 degrees for 35 minutes (or until tooth pick comes out clean when picked into the center).
1 cup whole wheat flower
½ cup sugar (preferable non-refined)
1 Tsp powdered Stevia
2 Tsp baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa for baking (more if desired)
--> Combine all dry ingredients, stir in:
1 cup yogurt (more, if you use more cocoa)
¼ cup vegetable oil
--> Do not use an electric blender. Yogurt would become too liquid.
