How to make an Herbal Bath

The restorative power of water is long known — from the ancient Greek and Roman bath to the modern Jacuzzi. By adding the appropriate herbs, a good soak can cleanse, soften, and nourish the skin, rejuvenate a tired body and spirit, and address sore and aching muscles.

Our skin is the biggest organ - ready to absorb all the good ingredients, herbs provide.

Fill a little muslin bag with dries herbs.

How to make an Herbal Bath? Tie the little herb bag  to the bathtub faucet and run the water through the herbs or place the bag in a pot and fill it with water until the bag is submerged. Bring the water to a boil, and then remove the pot from the heat, steep, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes. Fill a bathtub with water of the desired temperature, and then pour the water-herb mixture into the bath. Squeeze the bag to release all liquid.
Shower Girl or Guy?  Place the muslin bag filled with herbs in pot and fill it with water until the bag is submerged. Bring the water to a boil, and then remove the pot from the heat, steep, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes. Take the mixture to the shower and scrub your body with the herb bag. That’s not as relaxing as a bath, but the power of the herbs will enter your body trough your skin, anyway.
