Ginkgo may improve poor cerebral circulation, aiding memory and concentration. Rosemary may stimulate circulation of blood to the head, improving memory and concentration. Eleuthero stimulates stamina and resistance to stress. Alfalfa is rich in vitamins, minerals and other nutrients that play a vital role the maintenance of a healthy body. It contains protein and vitamin A, B1, B6, C, E, K, calcium, potassium, carotene, iron, zinc. Dandelion is a good source of Folate, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Copper, Vitamin A, C, E , K, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Calcium, Iron, Potassium and Manganese. Rosehip has extremely high levels of vitamins and other nutrients in a form that is readily absorbed by the body.
Suggested use: 1 tsp per cup. Pour over boiling water and let stand for 3 to 5 minutes.
