Ingredients: Black Tea, Lemon Peel, Hibiscus Flower, Lavender Buds
Lavender (Lavandula officinalis) is known as an important relaxing herb: calmative, relieving muscle spasms, antidepressant, antiseptic & antibacterial, antioxidant and stimulating blood flow. Research suggests relieve of sleeplessness, alleviation of depression. The relaxing effect is suggested to be helpful with some kinds of Asthma.
Hibiscus is a subtropical flowering plant, traditionally used as a tea to ease congestion.
Research suggests that drinking hibiscus tea may help control hypertension, especially in people with type 2 diabetes, may have cholesterol-lowering effects, and may help reduce blood glucose and triglycerides and increase HDL-Cholesterol levels in people with metabolic syndrome.
Suggested use: 1 tsp per cup. Pour boiling water over 1 tsp of tea, let steep for a few minutes, and strain.
